Andy covers how using a consistent tech stack has helped Gearset to grow with a small DevOps team.

Andy also gives a retrospective of how some of Gearset’s technology choices have worked out over time and allowed for their dev teams to form a good culture with their tools, whist still allowing new technological choices and changes to be seamlessly made.
